Going back to Valencia this semester is turning out to be more difficult than I thought it'd be.

It'd be easier if I went back to West Campus, but here on Osceola...

I walk through the halls and remember the times I spent with friends. I see empty chairs and visualize the people who used to sit there. Going to the Student Lounge was especially tough. I didn't recognize one person.

But what was I expecting, really? It's been three years. I guess what hurts most is that all of those people have moved on with their lives. They have seen changes in their lives. Some are moving to different cities, some are graduating with degrees, others are getting married and having children already. And me?

I'm still in the same place I was in three years ago. I have never felt like more of a failure, and I carry this pain in my heart everywhere I go.
